Serviceable Locations
We currently ship across India. We are working to expand our delivery network and will soon be able to offer international shipping. For special requests outside India, please write to us at sacredaura.perfume@gmail.com.

Order Processing
• All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking details.

Note: During festivals, launches, or restocks, order processing may take slightly longer due to high volume.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro cities: 5–7 business days
• Other locations: 7–10 business days
• Remote/rural areas: 10–15 business days
These timelines are indicative and may vary due to external courier constraints, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges
• Standard Shipping: ₹75 for orders below ₹999
• FREE Shipping: On all orders above ₹999

Shipping fees (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Tracking Your Order
Once your package has been dispatched, we will share a tracking ID via email or SMS. You can monitor your shipment’s status through the courier partner's website or app.

Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, The Sacred Aura is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us

Address & Delivery Issues
Please ensure the shipping address and contact details entered at checkout are accurate. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to:
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Unavailable recipient
• Refusal to accept delivery

In such cases, if the package is returned to us, we may reship it after reconfirmation. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Packaging Philosophy
The Sacred Aura product is packed with care, using eco-conscious and minimal packaging. Each product is housed securely to prevent leakage or damage while preserving its spiritual and aesthetic sanctity.

Damaged or Missing Items
In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged or incomplete:
• Kindly email us within 3 days of delivery
• Attach clear photographs of the damaged product and outer packaging
• Mention your order ID for quick reference
We will review and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Cancellation Policy
• Orders cannot be cancelled once it is placed
• Once the order is shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
