At The Sacred Aura, every product is a sacred composition — created with devotion, purity, and care. As our offerings include attars and mists that are intimate, natural, and often used in spiritual rituals, we uphold strict hygiene and safety standards for our customers and their deities.
For this reason, all purchases made through The Sacred Aura are considered final.
No Return or Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products (roll-on attars and mists), we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, except where the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
We do not accept returns for: Opened or used products , Products purchased during promotional sales or discounts , Change of mind, personal preferences, or scent dislike
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery at [sacredaura.perfume@gmail.com] with the following:
Order number
Clear photos of the item and outer packaging
A brief description of the issue. Damaged or defective product must raise a tickets within 5 days, we will verify and refund the amount in the original account. Items may be requested for internal review. Please note we don’t provide returns or exchange, only refund are applicable on damaged products.Â
Refunds
We do not offer refunds unless:
The item was never shipped
A verified damaged or defective item is unavailable for replacement Refunds, if approved, will be credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 working
days.
